Any order placed by you in the manner described in this site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including shipping and other charges) specified on this site at the time.

Iora Rua may change the prices for goods and services published on this website at any time.

Postage charges are obtained directly from the Australia Post web site.   Handling charges reflect the cost of packaging your order and are passed on to you at cost.

Iora Rua reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.

Iora Rua is required by Australian law to collect GST (Goods and Services Tax) on products and service items sold to customers in Australia.

All the items that you have in your Shopping Cart appear in your order during Checkout.   If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart first and click "Update".   You can return to your Shopping Cart at any time during the transaction by clicking on "Cart Contents" near the top of the page.   When you click "Submit Order" we transfer you and your Shopping Cart data to PayPal where you can pay for your purchases.

For each online order, you must pay:

• the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Iora Rua; and
• the shipping and handling fee specified on the website at that time.

Prices on Iora Rua are expressed in Australian dollars.   You can choose to view these prices in their U.S. dollar or Euro equivalent.   Iora Rua updates the exchange rates from Oanda and XE daily but these are a guide only.   The cost of your order is passed to PayPal in Australian dollars: any conversion to your local currency is done in the PayPal web site at the time of payment.   The exchange rates used in Iora Rua and PayPal are not synchronised and may differ slightly.   Details of your order are securely passed to the PayPal website where you can login (if you are a PayPal member) and pay from your PayPal account or credit cards (PayPal accepts only Visa and Mastercard) or pay with your credit card by clicking on the "Pay by Credit Card" link.   While you are on the Iora Rua website you will not be asked for credit card details, this will only happen on the PayPal site.

At any time you can abort the transaction on the PayPal website by closing your browser or by clicking on the "Return to Iora Rua" link.   This link will return you to your Shopping Cart in Iora Rua.

Once you complete your transaction on PayPal, you should click the "Return to Iora Rua" link where you will receive a "transaction completed" message.   You and Iora Rua will each receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment.   We will then process your order and send you an email when it is shipped.

You can check the progress of your order by logging in to the Iora Rua shop and checking "My Account".

To the extent permitted by law, Iora Rua will not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss or damages or any loss or damages whatsoever, including (but not limited to) loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with:

• The use, copying, or display of the contents of this site.
• Goods or services supplied by Blackpixel under these Conditions of Use.
• A failure or omission on the part of Iora Rua to comply with its obligations under these Conditions of Use.

Iora Rua is providing this site and its contents on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis and your use of this site is entirely at your own risk.   The content is believed to be accurate, complete, current and reliable at the date the information was placed on the site.   Iora Rua and its related affiliates, licensors or licensees, and their respective directors, officers, employees or agents make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of the information contained on this site (including in relation to any products or services).
