Iora Rua currently ships orders exclusively via Australia Post and shipping is therefore governed by Australia Post's Terms and Conditions.

Shipping costs for orders from iorarua.com depend upon the method and option you choose and the amounts stated on this website are provided by Australia Post.    All items in an order are grouped together by total weight.

When you have selected an item in the Shopping Cart, the Australia Post module will estimate the shipping cost and delivery time for you before you proceed to the Payment module.   The delivery time estimate depends on the availability of your items.    You will be able to view the status of your order on iorarua.com and you will receive an email when your order is shipped, that is, consigned to Australia Post.

Iora Rua does not accept returns except under the following circumstances:

• the goods have been damaged, are defective or are not of merchantable quality; or
• the return is a result of our error.
