1. Download one of the file options
Note: To download the scripts, you need to be a registered member of this site. Registration is FREE. After you log in, you will see a link below and also in the User Menu.
2. Printing We recommend that you take the PDF file to a professional digital printing service (e.g SnapPrint in Australia). Recommended paper weight: 300gsm for the title page (that will carry the weight of the calendar when hanging), 157gsm for the pages for that luxurious feel USE THE HIGH RESOLUTION OPTION FOR THIS (40MB download)
Alternatively, if you have a good quality home printer, use this and make sure you set your printer settings to print without 'bleed' (that is right up to the edge). Check your manual on how to do this and if your printer is equipped for this feature. THE SMALLER FILE SIZE WILL SUFFICE (8MB download)
3. Collate your printed pages. Think how the two calendar pages per month sit in relation to each other. When you've collated it, think again... test it out. We can't stress this enough. Even a local print company got that step wrong, once!
4. Possible methods of assembling: Ring-binding or stapling: Professional print services can help you with this step
5. Hole punch: When you look at your nearly-finished calendar now, the hole needs to be on the bottom of the title page!
6. Hang and enjoy.
