Learning Irish is so much more fun, and often more effective, when it takes place in a group. This might range from classes in a formal school setting, to community-based groups who may charge a minimal fee for photocopies etc, to conversation circles. Check these listings regularly to see what is happening in your area.
Looking for Irish language classes or wanting to join a Comhrá (conversation) circle?
A great many Irish language groups have been formed over the years and many of them offer lessons on either a casual or more formal basis.
Looking for a class in your area? Search our database. Don't be discouraged if you can't find something at this point. Consider submitting your own contact details ... start your own group, meet in a café etc. You never know, there could be a keen Irish speaker just around the corner in your neighbourhood!
